Yeah, the bar was really low (pun intended) when I was a kid, so low that the brief moment with Miles Finch was noteworthy to me. Then Tyrion came along and completely blasted everything out of the water. I do get sick of all the references I get directed at me now, but it is fantastic what that character has done for our representation. He normalized us a lot. It’s great that Tyrion Lannister also achieves that, especially in the time period the show takes place. Definitely my favorite character in the series. Cheers mate. The references aren’t from haters though, they’re actually from people trying to be nice. It just gets tiring when you’re constantly associated with it, even when it’s with the best intentions. Hey, jackweed, I get more action in a week than you’ve had in your entire life. I’ve got houses in L.A., Paris, and Vail. In each one, a 70-inch plasma screen. It’s interesting, Elf The best way to spread Christmas cheer is teaching music to everyone here shirt. because although Will Ferrell has been cast in so many similar roles, some of his more memorable performances are when he breaks out of his “Will Ferrell playing Will Ferrell” shtick. Buddy the Elf, Harold Crick in Stranger than Fiction, hell, even just Alex Trebeck in the SNL Celebrity Jeopardy bits. He not only plays the naive character well, but he actually plays the “straight” character pretty well too. I LOVE Will Ferrell in Stranger Than Fiction. I wish he would do more roles like that. He was so endearing and genuine in that movie.
